L-shape pose for low back and hamstrings

    This has inspired me to take some breaks throughout my day just for uttanasana, lunges and gentle moving and breathing. I have noticed amazing revitalizing effects on my body- far beyond what coffee or a nap could achieve.
    That is the magic of Yoga.
